As of the end of the day on Wednesday, Dec 15, the SEC will determine which companies get delisted effective at the beginning of the next day and which don't. A list of their filing status as of Dec 10 is on the www.otcbb.com site, and shows HGRM to be in FAIL status. They have 3 business days to file and have the status changed. It would surprise me if the status is changed even if they do file, but HDI has indicated that they have people in Washington working directly with the SEC on the filings--giving the impression that they know just what is required in the filing. The question is since the auditors are done, why don't the attorney's just file?
