You have probably had a lot of answers on this however my 2 cents on this is :

I use Win 98 and a ATI cards .

1) ATI all in Wonder PRO is the main card ATI Expert 128 is the second card .
2) If you install a second card be careful when you install the software for the new card , I found it best to just install the drivers for the new card. When I installed the full software suite for the 128 Expert it messed up my cap drivers for the ATI Pro . I then had to spend a lot of time fixing the problem .

If you are using NT or Win 95 then an Apian card would be good .
