EmilG, I don't think I'd get too excited about WebWyz. It looks to me like it has divested itself of PABN and that it is a separate entity. There are no cross references on PABN/Webwyz web pages. Panambancorp.com doesn't list it on their "web sites", although it appears that three of the four sites they do list (Insider Trading, Affordable Housing and CodeCare) have headed south in a blue Studebaker.
Do you know to what extent Bill Black is still involved with PABN? As of last week I see he is registering web sites to his home address:
