A friend of mine asked me to look at IQST. It is a risk arb situation that will get you 12.70 in two weeks. Strong corporate buyer (WPP Group PLC). Final terms should be announced in 1 week. Shareholder vote is DEC 20th. Should get paid shortly thereafter. Looks like a layup trade. Let me know what you think. By the way, I will play the HDTV on P's recommendation as this thing probably gets hyped into the teens with his royalness in the control room
