I just found this thread a few minutes ago and read a really interesting article by Richard Geist that you posted. Where can I find more info about him? You mentioned getting it from another thread.

This is totally OT but I haven't been able to find an answer to this question anywhere...maybe you know...or if not, can direct me to someone who does.

Is there any way of getting information about the short interest on a particular stock AFTER the normal 15th of the month reporting date? I'm particularly interested in knowing which stocks have the least short interest.

2. If there is not, since things move so fast these days,what is the value of knowing what the short interest was in the past? For a particular stock, does it carry thru...could one assume that if ratio was 0.10 on reporting date, it would still be somewhere near that figure 28 days later?
