I know you initially posted to mad2, but some guys are too good a contrarian indicator to ignore.

I tend to agree with Warren Buffett. Hedging is for people who don't really have a clue what is going on. We are in a bull market and shorting should play a very minor part. To short a stock that you do not understand and that is in a major uptrend, like GUMM, is just dumb.

Finally, I'll probably respond any time I see you make an ignorant comment about GUMM...Sorry if it hurts your feelings.
