ask why?? Glenn, market has been volatile and will be more so next year. The Jan99 intel sale gave me lots of flexibility and comfort/courage to take advantage of the dips during 1999. All the Intc & most of my LU shares are in the 20% cap. gain status so it's more of a personalized move. In a nut shell, the win/loss ratio for the entire market is 23%/77% for year 1999.
