Hardy: Uncertainty brings risk and risk brings big opportunity. There has been no consumer harm. The DOJ case is weak at best and no one is going to support the Jackson/DOJ tag team past the District Court. It will not pass muster at the Appellate level. NAZ 100 selling at PE of 100 MSFT at 61. When MSFT eps visibility is seen as 2.00 MSFT goes to 200. It is certainly worth the risk. This is the best MSFT opportunity anyone has had in a long while. INTC is also equally undervalued. JFD
