can't really summarize this hotchpotch of articles related to CDMA and WLL in China.

One article dated Dec 7 said GreatWall is lowering CDMA rates from $.40 to $.20 (assuming it is RMB), resulting in doubling subscriber rate in the last few days. It kind of mentioned that there are something like 100K subs in China now with 50K in Beijing.

Another article is a promo of CDMA, which did not mention anything that we don't already know.

Of interest is a bunch of WLL type stuff but aside from CDMA, it made no reference of QC. It could be via a licensee such as the Koreans or may be it is the IDC type CDMA WLL? My guess is that there is nothing of substance yet, kind of like the coverage described below on CDG's site.
