Heck if I know. Ask Ross Perot. Gates tried to sell Microsoft to him when they were still private but he declined. This fails in comparison currently but John Malone, Rupert Murdoch and Sumner Redstone declined to better Gemstar's bid for Starsight. A person involved with bringing Starsight public informed me of this. I'll take an ounce of foresight over a ton of hindsight any day. Regards Stew
