... and a big dose of what can only be called intuition, the result of squinting at an overview of the details and making a guess.

Here is my intuition or guess: Medsite.com will be one of the most successful "B2B" IPO's ever done and JDX will parley this into a quick private placement financing between $3 & $5 dollars per share, immediately followed up by announcing a number of "B2B" deals JDX will put money into, which in turn will make the private placement paper a $US10.00 bill per share on its way to $US20.00 by the first July 4th weekend of the new millenium:-))
