Hi Rich,

I agree with your positive take on the timeliness of the AOL agreement.

You raised a good point about the AOL-ERTS deal. I went back to find the original press release and found the wording was explicit. I just wonder about when it takes effect.

SAN FRANCISCO, Nov 22 (Reuters) - In a bid to become the world's top provider of video games online, Electronic Arts Inc. (NasdaqNM:ERTS - news) agreed to be the sole supplier of games to America Online Inc. (NYSE:AOL - news), the No. 1 Internet service provider.

Redwood City, Calif.-based Electronic Arts, the world's biggest developer of video games, also said it would form a separate online games division that will create a Web site in late summer 2000 allowing consumers to play games on online.

Have you had time to research Tudor Investment Corporation? I'm curious about their track record but will not have time to do much research the next couple of weeks.

I did a cut, paste, and reformat from the Form: SC 13G Filing Date: 12/6/99

Tudor BVI (409,080 shares),
TPT (92,420 shares),
Altar Rock (3,820 shares),
Raptor Portfolio (1,173,720 shares)
Upper Mill (88,660 shares).

1,767,700 shares for 6.1%

Meanwhile the story get more interesting. <VBG>
