Thanx-- Without prior knowledge, it is difficult to see
where Rosenwald fits into the picture and his name does not
appear on any RGEN SEC filings. In fact, it is not clear,
from reading the boiler-plate, that if ever will. All the
confidentiality clauses, and non-registration things--Is that a cause for concern here ?? Speculate for me as to what might be the results of all this.
