I believe you are correct. I misunderstood Dale's original post. I took it to mean that 10% of the new shares sold had already been shorted thereby adding to the short position. I now understand what the article was saying and it makes more sense. At $35 it was a great opportunity for shorts to cover. Oh well, more people will short as we head to $50 again. Some people never learn. Thanks for the clarification.
