<Think about what you write before hitting that "publish" key.>

That's not very kind, if I didn't make myself clear I'm sorry or maybe you didn't understand what I stated. What I stated was :

"The rumor states that the VIA offer to buy S3 at $13 a share was floated out there to set up a buy out by Vulcun for $14-16 a share."

I didn't state the the VIA offer was the rumor or new information, just that it was floated to set up a buy out by Vulcun for 14-16 which is new information.

< Those two points are contradictory. Either the shareholders would get $14+, or they would get nothing. What point are you trying to make?>

The point was Vulcun would pay S3 shareholders $14-16 a share, then break up the company and sell it off it pieces for maybe 3-5 times that amount and pocket the difference leaving the old S3 shareholders in the cold with their lousy 14-16, while Vulcun pocketed 40-60.

Maybe you were right maybe one should " Think about what you write before hitting that "publish" key."
