Suzanne, I've had my coffee so my head is a little bit clearer. I hear what you and Bob are saying and I do agree that the more deals that are in the works the better the long term outlook for a company should be. But remember which company we are talking about here. I don't think they have the people power to handle all these deals at one time. Since it seems that UCP is the big one now, I would hope that most of their efforts are placed on that. I guess we will see. I really don't mean to belabor the point but this is just how I feel. I guess my venting for this week has been done too! Aren't you all glad! Susie
