InfoCast SEC Registration Statement Declared Effective; ASP's OTC BB Ticker Symbol
to Change Back to IFCC This Week
TORONTO, Dec. 13 /CNW/ -- INFOCAST CORPORATION
(OTC Bulletin Board: IFCCE), the leading E-enabling application service provider (ASP), today announced that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has declared InfoCast's Form 10 Registration Statement
effective on Friday, Dec. 10, 1999.
The company further announced that its OTC BB ticker symbol, temporarily designated as "IFCCE" during the Form 10's application period, will return to
its regular designation of "IFCC" sometime this week.
