I guess I should have been more specific. I spoke to the Judge's secretary, Angie. 1-517-543-7500, I think it was ext 302.

I don't think the court is going to give out private information. I believe this is public information.

Please, don't every one go calling her.

Shortly before I called the court, I received a call from Hart, he was in England, he was returning a message I left on their voice mail earlier in the week.

I had two questions:

1. Is the board of directors still in tact?

Hart replied: "Russ Murata is leaving the board and Ken Chan was his replacement."

2. Has there been any insider selling.

Hart replied: "NO."
