Come one- one boy was working on bombs in the garage- no stay at home mom I know would tolerate that. I WANT to believe the parents just didn't have the time to check up on the boy. If they LET him do it and knew about it they are accessories. From what I have heard the boy with the big house was on his own a lot. Adolescents may look like adults but in many ways they are more vulnerable than 5 year olds (who do not have hormones interfering with their good sense).
