The June 10 warning was towards some information that I got that some insiders at CUBE at sold more than normal. June 10 was their deadline to file, so news may be hitting soon if the information was correct. The insiders may have excercised options. In this case I don't know if this type of sale gets reported as insider selling. I guess I'll wait and see what happens.
