Well I'd say that unless there is a tape and Mr Cowpland can be verified as saying, "I going to violate law xxxx and defraud the shareholder and sell stock knowing fully well that earnings are down and I'm goning to make a killing on this stock sale based on my clear knowledge if inside information." I just don't see the case against selling below ten a stock that is now selling over 30.
To Mr. Rod, your comments on corl are correct. My and my assoicates attempts at star office installs have had results equal to corl. Sun's taking over an open source app and making it sun style open? source will be an interesting case study on the fix or the kill. I'd recommend applix office suite myself. It was the fisrt office suite ported to Linux. It may also be the only current office suite that is java ported and runs on all unixes, Linuxes, and msft virus OSes.
