Dear Insightful,

Aspect has abosolutely no need to sell stock to fund growth. They have $50 million sitting in the bank. If the only reason the company went public was to generate cash, they would have sold fewer shares, by a large fraction of what they actually sold.
The main reason to go public was to establish a valuation for the shares. The insiders need to sell to be rewarded for their efforts. Without a public market, that is very difficult.
So I do not expect any further sales by the company.
However---insider sales have been a problem with the share appreciation. Insiders have sold considerable shares, as have venture capitalists who have held several years at a very low cost basis. I do not know how much more venture selling will occur.
My friends in the company now tell me that they are more confident than ever in Aspect's growth and think the stock will be worth many times its current price as the business plan plays itself out.
Expect much less insider selling this quarter unless the stock moves up very smartly.
If you are in ASDV down here, you are Insightful.
Elliot
