Ron,

Target and Walmart probably have "buying commitees" that will eventualy vote on whether or not to stock AQUA1 products in their stores and to what extent will it be (regional vs. global) They will take into account numerous criteria such as: "slotting allowances" (ie. cash to pay to be on the shelf, free cases (buy 3 get 1 free), shrink payments, breakage allownaces, promotional discounts, advertisement and promotional support and the personal relationship(s) that AQUA1 or its agent may have with the submitting Buyer or commitee members.

The first meeting will just be a building block to sort out the specefic $ amounts associated with the above mentioned items, gather paprework and then dteremine a response to the retailers demands.

Knowing that they are seeking meeting and making presentations is encouraging. Going after large retailers like they are, shows they have the resources to promote their products in a manner which should ensure the products success. They could step down to lesser retailers and have a stronger opportunity to get shelf space sooner because of fewer retailer "requirements" for shelf space.

Either direction increases distribution, sales and consumer awareness. They strategy is well planned and structured.

Time is our friend as the plan unfolds.

Regards,
Doug
