GameCom Completes Linux Installation

Business Editors

ARLINGTON, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 13, 1999--GameCom, Inc.
(OTC BB:GAMZ), announced today that it has completed its Linux
installation into its 'Net GameLink(TM) interactive entertainment
system.
"As part of 'Net GameLink(TM)'s continuing evolution, we are
leveraging the power of Redhat 6.1 Linux to perform 'Net
GameLink(TM)'s firewalling and routing services," said Brandon Hale,
president of Connect Computer Solutions, Inc., GameCom's computer
consultants. "This reliance on Linux greatly reduces 'Net
GameLink(TM)'s hardware requirements."
GameCom (www.GameComInc.com) designed and manufactures 'Net
GameLink(TM), an interactive Internet gaming entertainment system
first unveiled this past July. 'Net GameLink(TM) utilizes
network-enabled gaming kiosks, and is powered by the AMD-K6(R)-III/450
processor.
"This Linux installation evidences GameCom's commitment to
maintaining 'Net GameLink(TM) as a state-of-the-art product," Hale
added. "It also gives GameCom remote configuration capability, which
will allow us to remotely respond to configuration changes and
changing environments at the soon-to-be various 'Net GameLink(TM)
locations."
On December 6, 1999, GameCom files its Form 10-SB for the purpose
of registering the Company's securities. GameCom's Form 10-SB may be
accessed at www.freeedgar.com.
"We will be adding five more games to the 'Net GameLink(TM)
system today," said L. Kelly Jones, president and chief executive
officer of GameCom. "In addition, we will be installing a revised
customer-friendly software system for the operation of the games.
After this software tweak, and the following additional beta-testing
at Gilligan's, we believe 'Net GameLink(TM) will be ready for
promotion, marketing, and delivery to third-party establishments."
