jim..re: "hiring branding expertise".....quaint idea...glad you thought of it... but on second thought, isn't the concept of what you state with sunw, have a bit to do with image and "perception"???? i've been told many times by the "zealots" on the thread, that it is not necessary for such an excellent company as dell.... must stand on "metrics" alone.....energy to running the company...let the light shine through......but if the light is under a basket???? why do anything beyond running the company to provide value to the shareholders....???? what's next....becoming a leader, not a follower!!!!!
