I believe they renegotiated a debt. They booked the amount of the reduction as an extraordinary gain. It's all in the 10K. Last quarter's earnings were very strong - 9 cents per share. I expect 40 cents or so on the year plus there is potential for extraordinary gains from their many recent stock investments (potential losses too I guess). Based on the PRs and filings, this is an extraordinarily undervalued company. So much so that I wonder why.
