OSI and TCSI are more integrators than a product company. I don't see any strong numbers coming from these folks, nor do I see them as competing at all in this space effectively.

As for CKY, lots of exposure at TMF in Vegas last week. The press release re: supporting multi-vendor technology is exciting. No carrier's network is single vendor as we know.
