I think it's positioning A month or so back the company stated that they would be ready for a full rollout early in the New Year. I think a lot of investors watching this,saw it was holding all of last week ,under steady accumulation,saw price strengthen today & jumped in thinking it would get away from them. A news letter I subscribe to in a recent blurb stated that they expected the company to announce contracts soon as a"lot" of companies testing the tech. That's it for what it's worth.
