Ronald; The lawyers will look for culpability and insurance and assets. Those without any of the above cannot be sued for a penny. However it is quite possible that BRE-X, the Brokers, the analysts, Freeport, TSE, Walsh, every breathing or not breathing entity involved will all come under their beady gaze, and some will get sued. Do not believer for a minute there is no money to be gotten. These leeches look for $ settlements, and do not care if you are innocent or guilty. Esp in Texas they use juries who think all Companies have Mucho Dinero. This will still be cooking with the lawyers in 10 years.
