management software, today announced support for Lucent Technologies
(NYSE: LU) Unified Messenger. Through iManage's infoCommerce product
suite customers can easily collaborate, classify, manage and archive
their voicemail, fax and email messages provided by Unified Messenger.
This relationship enhances business-to-business applications such as
customer service, call service management and supply chain management.
