The OSC have made it patently clear that they want to crack down on insider trading. No more Doman/Bennett rope-a-dope. They have prosecuted and jailed at least one individual in recent years. This sale did not pass most people's smell test at the time.

That the stock has bounced back to new highs now is immaterial.
