Earthling, regarding MTLS stock action Investor's Business Daily has MTLS stock float at 7.7million. So, things could get very interesting when these 'costs' are history. Do you have any quick SEC-144 data? I saw in today's Barrons that ADBE director sold 10,000 shares. Also, an "affliated person" (ADBE) sold 30,000 shares for $1,200,078.

Question: how can we find out if MTLS insiders sold/bought? Any difference between an SEC-form 144 (holders of restricted securities) and plain insider transactions?

I'm excited too about MTLS/FRAC. I think the medical market might find 3D helpful in teaching surgury. Police might find that the 3D camera yields better 'mug shots' than 2D images. A crime victim might find 3D images more reality based. I am also excited (for lack of a better word) for Infini-D 4.0, a pro 3D video tool.

I just wish Kai had a MTLS non-linear video editing tool. MACR is developing such a tool that could take on Premiere. Why can't MTLS get into the non-linear editing action? What this market needs is an easy non-linear editing user interface.
