SAN DIEGO, April 18 (Reuter) - Stella Bella Corp USA on Friday said it has restructured its stock, reducing the number of shares outstanding to 563,800 from over 112.7 million. Under the plan, for every 200 outstanding common shares owned, each shareholder retains retained one common share and 50 warrants each of four series allowing the shareholder to acquire additional common shares. Shareholders also receive one redeemable, convertible preferred share which pays an annual dividend and one "Stock Price Participation Right."
