BRIEF: Crystal Systems develops and markets software tools
andprovides consulting services for the implementation of
complex conversion projects primarily for mainframe computer
systems. For the 6 months ended 6/99, revenues rose 15% to
$22.5M. Net income rose 11% to $4.7M. Results reflect
higher sales of the company's Millennium Solution and higher
employee efficiency, partially offset by the inclusion of a
$450K minority interest in losses of a subsidiary.
*PRELIMINARY: For the 3 months ended 09/30/1999, revenues
were 11,145; after tax earnings were 2,168.
