to Jaime/Mark/anyone HELP !! First let me thank you all for the research. Is the law suit for 75 million, and is the 99.25 number from BDO ? If 75 mil number is real, what is the basis ? Is not this lawsuit over 1.75 million dollars worth of shares.The million shares do not matter either way, but 75 million dollars would. If BDO has verified the 99.25 and 1 million shares are issued to settle the legal action, i would still be very happy.
