Mike: I guess we are essentially singing the same tune. (other than your fondness for bonds & my feeling that 8+% is a done deal for next year) Don't you feel that some of the "cpi deflation" is really a result of companies with faulty business plans but lots of "free ipo money" holding down the prices on the more established businesses. Once the free money goes away, prices go up. imo Noticed you pooted ciena recently. What expiry and strike. Also, anything else catching your eye lately. I am getting interested in HP especially with business falling apart at xerox. (course thats company specific you know.)
