Skytale is definitely a little fish, and Veridicom is announcing that it has bagged a guppie.

According to this link:

Skytale was begun in 1998 and capitalized at 721,000 German marks (i.e., $375,000). It expects revenues of about $500,000 this year; it has 30 employees. Question for the day: How much is it losing per employee?

It is telling that Veridicom seems to find this deal newsworthy. Maybe it is the best they can do.
