>What do mean by screwing around with your order? Doug, I mean just that--> screwing around with my market order. In other words I get screwed. That is, my order is executed at some off-the-wall price (always to my disadvantage) that never shows up on real-time quotes. This has happened to me many times with E*Trade. And I don't know who is the screwer. All I know is I'm the "screw-ee". Whether or not it has anything to do with "market makers", is something I'm trying to understand. Any ideas? Ice
