Like I say, it's the old question of when are things so good they can't get better, or so bad they can't get worse. The funny thing is people can't even agree which of those conditions we are in. I think looking at the fundamentals gives a sense of perspective here. Some stocks are overvalued, some are fairly valued, but to be considered undervalued by historical standards, a stock would have to have a P/E under 10 and double-digit sales growth, which is pretty much unheard of in this market.
