Zeke, Cramer's take from the street.com on Q today...from mid-day update... The major tech proxy, the Nasdaq, was up 22, or 0.6%, to 3642. Qualcomm (QCOM:Nasdaq), up 17 3/4, or 4.5%, to 409 1/8, was providing a big push on news that China Unicom may complete by mid-2000 a network based on Qualcomm's CDMA wireless technology. Steve
