Thats an interesting point. How did we hear that the FDA was involved? Did the company ever tell us that, or was it speculation?

If the FDA is not involved, then its business as usual, and the product can be brought to market. If the FDA is involved, it could be a mess.

As for your earlier posting about the FDA, see the FDA did not provide much oversight with Redux, and look whats happened. People are dying from horrible lung disorders taking the drug (see todays AP story). The FDA is being cautious right now. With good cause.
