ARTC just announced an FDA approval of a way to shrink tissues either during or after back surgery. This would reduce swelling and I'm hoping scar tissue which is the primary cause of problems after surgery. The stock rose significantly on the news. Yesterday it had reversed up after a long tail down. I would watch this one. Anything that helps reduce pain from back surgeries is a hot item. Believe me, I know.
