Captain,
If the history of insider buying is any indicaton, the employees currently think CPQ is a good buy. The insider selling history doesn't tell me anything except that the employees recieved a lot of options.

Big resistance at 28 is what I hear from my broker. We will need some real healthy volume to punch through that resistance.
