i talked to SUE , I would have talked to Matt but she gave the answers I expected anyways. As long as there is quantity available on the offer , (if you are buying ), and qty on the bid (if you are selling ) then it will be executed. Check out Emj after hours to see the change. There was around 3500 shares bid 6.45 and 100 shares offer 6.50 , now after a few transactions after 4:00 and the last being 200 shares at 4:48 Pm, the bid is 6.30 (300 shares) and offer 6.50 (100 shares). Thats what prompted me to call because I thought that people were placing orders after close. Vitalsigns
