Another issue out of the way. Last CC, EPL said this was very close to being done. With todays release, they came through on their statement. Also, have improved operating capital aside from other sources that were mentioned as being available for EPL at the last CC (I assume the other sources are still an option if needed). biz.yahoo.com Bonus point:The close at one dollar or above also stabilizes EPTG's standing with their listing on the NASDAQ, if I understand the requirements correctly. I am a large holder of this stock so please draw any conclusions using your own due diligence.
