look for amd take over as leading alternate supplier of processors.
cyrix has done a bad job of marketing and advertising product, something that intel spends over 400 million on a year. i am planning on using amd processors over cyrix and intel because they are often cooler and faster that intel chips.

you are right about people not caring about the brand, especially for HDD's and as i recall, the MTF on jts drives is comprable to the industry.

all this is academic though. the stock is pitifully low, and so i have been buying to average down. when i bought in originally over a year ago at 2.80 i patted myself on the back. now, i wish i had sold the entire position last may when it hit 9.

to be blunt i am tired of being long.
