OT*** It just dawned on me that I need to run 10 miles (5 pt. gain times 2). I had better get started! I find if I play Prince's CD(or the artist formerly known as) Dirty Mind while I do treadmill I can get through 30 minutes without looking at the clock once. The beat is perfect for a 6-7 mile an hour pace and it lasts exactly 30 minutes. Don't listen too close to the lyrics because I'm sure your church won't approve. PS. I just realized I might have blown my little old lady status by revealing this.
