When FDRY goes head to head with CSCO in bidding for next generation switch business, FDRY is winning 80% of those bids. That is significant business - forget dollar amount for a moment. That's why FDRY closed over $300 today. I would assume that FDRY is going to show some impressive numbers for the upcoming earnings report. If I'm correct in my assumptions, FDRY should be showing a revenue run rate of $200M/year by this report. Apply sequential growth of 20-25%/quarter and next year FDRY could show a revenue run rate of $400M/year. The following year a revenue run rate of $700-800M/year. Not to mention increasing earnings. There is a reason why FDRY is adding about 300-400 new customers per quarter. The growth story is not over yet for FDRY by any means. Sure it's risky in here but what isn't. The split is telling me management is secure in FDRY's future growth prospects. I wouldn't be surprised to see the gap created today to be filled in the next few days, but I wouldn't short this puppy. In a previous post I wrote about 20 days ago, I said FDRY could go to $300 in a heartbeat. I was correct. I also said FDRY could go to $400 (pre-split) in 6-12 months. If FDRY doesn't disappoint, you will see $400 pre-split but it will be one volatile up and down roller coaster ride. JMHO. Good luck.
