John F., re: "Down from strong buy to accumulate, two levels." No John, that is a ONE level drop. Most firms have two levels of "buy" before their neutral/hold equivalent. For example ML's top rating is "BUY" followed by "ACCUMULATE". Prudential uses "STRONG BUY" followed by "ACCUMULATE". For a good reference see biz.yahoo.com Hope this helps, FF
