I agree with everything you just said. My only point was that if it hadn't been for these no revenue upstarts, the big folks may never have even looked at the new ways of doing business. Those new directions that they are now looking at are forcing them to lower their prices to stay competitive, in part because new technology is allowing them to lower prices.
